In memoriam: Joseph Skulj

With great sadness we heard today that our fellow researcher Joseph Skulj suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Not only will we miss his genuine research work, but we will surely miss his well balanced personality, which motivated us all to follow our mission. Deepest condolence to his family! This Page will be dedicated to his memory. For Veneti.info, Robert Petrič.

Welcome!

This website is collecting evidence of the existence of ancient European peoples called Veneti and Wends. It seems counterintuitive, but a fact, that although the Veneti were once a major culture in Europe, scholars tend to avoid and ignore them. The goal of Veneti.info is therefore to inform and educate readers about the »mysterious« Veneti. We invite everybody to contact us, in order to contribute to our research work.
Regards,
your Veneti.info Project-team
