Conference in Potsdam

We prepared a video of the lecture hold at the IVth International conference on historical analytics History Salon in Potsdam on September 12th – 14th, 2008. It is recorded in German language and based on two papers. The first one about the origin of the Sclavenes was in Slovenian language already published in the Proceedings 2007 (www.korenine.si), whereas the latter, a review of The Making of the Slavs, is still waiting to get published this autumn (2008). There was especially one outstandingly interesting paper presented at the Conference by mr. Günter Wermusch. Some criticism against perceptions of Slavonic history took place in his presentation of Ein pervertiertes Geschichtsbild oder das Märchen von den „eingesickerten Slawen“. From our information mr. Wermusch is preparing to publish a comprehensive book about his views on the linguistic-historical development of early Slavs. Watch the Videos below!
